B. PERSONAL DATA The personal data that "RINCÓN MEZTITLA" collects from you are necessary for the service you request and will be used for the following purposes:

For the provision of our services (as defined later), and to fulfill the purposes of processing outlined in this privacy notice, it is necessary and/or required by applicable regulations that "RINCÓN MEZTITLA" uses:

b) We collect your personal data directly when you provide it to us through various means, such as when you request a proposal or quote, participate in our promotions, or provide information for us to offer our services.

c) The data we obtain through these means may include, among others: full name, landline and/or mobile phone number, email address, signature, physical and/or fiscal address, Federal Taxpayer Registration (RFC) and/or Unique Population Registry Code (CURP). Sensitive data: Copy of the articles of incorporation with its latest amendment, copy of the legal representative’s power of attorney.

C. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA Sensitive personal data are those that affect the most intimate sphere of their holder or whose improper use may lead to discrimination or pose a serious personal risk. In particular, sensitive data include those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, and sexual preferences. If you contract our services, the sensitive personal data we may request are related to health or disabilities, and these will be used solely to provide better service and meet your specific needs.

D. PURPOSE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Purposes arising from the legal relationship and necessary for service provision:

The personal information you provide will be used by "RINCÓN MEZTITLA" to provide the services you request or that are part of a program you have signed up for or a purchase you have made: reservations, purchase of social event packages, event and meeting organization, purchase of tourist products and/or services.

"RINCÓN MEZTITLA" may use the personal information you provide to offer you better service and, if applicable, identify your preferences during your stay and make it more enjoyable.

Purposes not arising from the legal relationship nor necessary for service provision:

We may also use the information to offer promotions and commercial and tourism products, send promotions, special services, newsletters, surveys, prize raffles, and other online contests.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE When you visit our facilities as a customer, supplier, employee, or visitor, you may be recorded by the security cameras of "RINCÓN MEZTITLA" (PASO AL RINCÓN S.A.S.), located at Carretera Federal Cuernavaca Tepoztlán km 15.3, c.p.62520. The images and sounds captured by the cameras will be used for the security of both the company and the people who visit us.

F. LIMITATION ON THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION You may at any time object to the processing of purposes that do not arise from the legal relationship or are not necessary for service provision. You may request this by sending an email to rincon.meztitla@gmail.com, indicating your email(s) and/or phone number(s); you may also revoke your consent as outlined in section G.

G. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS TO ACCESS, RECTIFY, CANCEL, OR OPPOSE You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to the information you have provided to "RINCÓN MEZTITLA," as outlined in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, or revoke the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data. You may do so by submitting a written request to the Personal Data Department at the following address: Carretera Federal Cuernavaca Tepoztlán km 15.3, Tepoztlán Morelos, c.p.62520, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, or by email to rincon.meztitla@gmail.com.

This request must contain at least the following: (i) Name of the data subject; (ii) email address for notifications; (iii) Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation; (iv) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which the right is being exercised and the right you wish to exercise. (v) Any other element or document that facilitates locating the personal data. If the request does not meet the requirements, the personal data department may request, within 5 days of receiving the request, additional elements or documents to proceed with the request. You will have 10 days to respond; if no response is provided within this period, the request will be considered as not submitted.

The response period will be a maximum of 20 days from the date the request is received, and, if applicable, you must make it effective within the 15 days following the response. To protect your confidentiality, "RINCÓN MEZTITLA" will send the response to the email address you provided and will keep it available to you at the address indicated in the previous paragraph.

H. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE "RINCÓN MEZTITLA" may update this privacy notice at any time. If there are significant changes to this notice, we will communicate them through our website at https://www.rinconmeztitla.com/. Therefore, we recommend that you periodically visit this privacy notice to stay informed of any updates. I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions established in this Privacy Notice, and if I do not agree, I will notify RINCÓN MEZTITLA as outlined in sections F. and G. of this Privacy Notice.
